How are the hairstyle pictures arranged?
Hairstyles are arranged first according to style, i.e. prom hairstyles, teen hairstyles, wedding hairstyles. You can then change the color of the hair with our palette to get the color you want.
Why is there a picture of someone else showing up in the virtual hairstyle editor?
This is just a sample photo that’s set on default for our virtual hairstyle editor. You can upload your photo and it will overwrite the sample automatically.
What format does the photo need to be?
The photo must be in .jpg format.
My photo is not showing up in the editor after I uploaded it?
Your photo must be in .jpg format and be small enough to fit inside the editor screen. If not, your photo will not upload correctly. If your photo is too large or is not in .jpg format, please email it to us and we will quickly correct it for you.
